Foundation Paper Piecing

Class Description
Learn to make perfect points and sharp angles with foundation paper piecing. We will explore techniques, fabric placement tips and easy paper removal. And it all starts with scraps! We will use a Lone Starburst pattern to create a final block that can be finished for a beautiful wall hanging, tote bag panel or keep making them to create a whole quilt. Gain the confidence to use foundation paper piecing to create more stunning patterns with precision. No prior paper piecing experience is required, but participants should already know how to use a sewing machine. Fee includes materials, or you may bring your own fabric scraps to also be included. This class is for ages 17 and up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Payment is due when classes are reserved. Class reservations are not refundable. However, with at least 7 calendar days notice, fees may be applied to a different class or private lesson. Fees for cancellations with less than 7 calendar days notice will be forfeit, unless the class slot can be filled from a waitlist; your fees may then be transferred to a different class or lesson. Classes cancelled by Discovery Sewing Studio for any reason will receive a full refund, if desired, or may be applied to a different class or lesson.
