Class Description
Familiar with at least the basics of sewing but have a project you need a help with? The Guided Sew Workshop is what you are looking for! There will be plenty of individual assistance with a maximum class size of four, plus access to all our tools and equipment (we encourage you to bring your own sewing machine, but may use one of ours) Whether you want someone to check your work as you cut, or need assistance with understanding the pattern, this is an opportunity to work on your own projects and get assistance with any questions or challenges you are having. Whether you make one thing from start to finish or have questions about several projects -- this is the the opportunity you've been waiting for! We supply cutting mats, irons and ironing boards, a heat press, sewing machines, and a large variety of small tools. You can book Guided Sew Workshops with a package or one session at a time. Please note: If you have a project that you think is very specialized and will need detailed one-on-one help, please inquire if a private lesson would be more appropriate. We do not offer garment drafting and therefore those types of projects are not a good fit for the workshops.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Payment is due when classes are reserved. Class reservations are not refundable. However, with at least 7 calendar days notice, fees may be applied to a different class or private lesson. Fees for cancellations with less than 7 calendar days notice will be forfeit, unless the class slot can be filled from a waitlist; your fees may then be transferred to a different class or lesson. Classes cancelled by Discovery Sewing Studio for any reason will receive a full refund, if desired, or may be applied to a different class or lesson.
